Until 1997, the main business segment was the trade of machinery for construction and industry, as well as import and leasing business. Since the reorganization in 1997, HEBAG has become a holding company.

A further field of activity is the development and realization of future- and market oriented trade and industrial realty. Here HEBAG has specialized on national as well as international realty.
